Grain and cash donations made through the Oregon Wheat Foundation’s Bushels for Betsy program are used to produce pancake and baking mixes. They are produced in cooperation with Farmers Ending Hunger and distributed via the Oregon Food Bank. Once these mixes arrive at the food bank, they must be repackaged before distribution. Thank you to all the volunteers who are helping us in the fight against hunger! In March, we were able to support distribution of approximately 133, 000 pounds of baking mix.
