Baking Mix Donations Support the Fight Against Hunger
Grain and cash donations made through the Oregon Wheat Foundation’s Bushels for Betsy program are used to produce pancake and baking mixes. They are produced in cooperation with Farmers Ending Hunger and distributed via the Oregon Food Bank. Once these mixes arrive at the food bank, they must be repackaged before distribution.
